Tomato Pie


 
1 prebaked pie shell. 3-4 tomatoes diced and drained very well and patted dry. Small jar pimento drained well. 1-2 tsp dried italain seasoning. 2-3 diced green onion or 1/4 c onion diced. 1/2 c cheddar 1/2 c mozzarella. pepper to taste. 4 tbsp mayo. layer tomatoes in pie shell. Add pimento and italian seasoning. Mix cheeses with mayo and onion well and top tomatoes. Sprinkle with pepper if desired. Bake at 450 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
